Court throws out AWU’s Bass Strait adverse action interlocutory bid
A Federal Court judge has likened the employment relations on a Bass Strait offshore oil platform construction barge to that of a children's playground, in dismissing an AWU bid for an interlocutory order to halt a reduction in crewing.
