Court revokes non-lawyer's permission to appear in FWO case

The Federal Circuit Court has reversed an order allowing a non-lawyer company chair and alleged accessory of two IT companies to appear in a Fair Work Ombudsman sham contracting case, after he brought a multi-million dollar compensation cross-claim against the regulator.
