Court restrains high-earning salesperson for 28 days
The Queensland Supreme Court has granted a limited injunction to a travel insurance company, enforcing the last 28 days of a 12-month restraint on a former senior sales employee who earned a base salary of $235,000, but without requiring her to leave her job with a competitor.
