Construction workers fined $1m for Burrup strike
Nearly five years after they defied AIRC orders not to strike on Woodside's Burrup Peninsula gas project, the Federal Court has fined 117 construction workers $1m in total, in a rare case of penalties being imposed directly on individual employees.
