Company gets late shot at claiming MUA "not genuinely trying"
A FWC full bench has given an offshore oil and gas vessel operator the green light to argue the MUA was not genuinely trying to reach agreement even though it didn't make such a claim during initial protected ballot hearings, but has rejected the company's other attempts to knock out ballot orders the union secured.
