Coalition appoints Hadgkiss and Lloyd to building watchdog

Victorian construction code compliance unit director Nigel Hadgkiss will return to the federal construction IR watchdog as its new leader, while former head John Lloyd will chair the organisation's advisory board, Workplace Relations Minister Eric Abetz announced this afternoon.
