CFMEU wins higher site allowance at Grocon project
The Victorian Building Industry Disputes Panel has found that Grocon should have been paying a higher site allowance to employees engaged at the Victorian Government's McNab Avenue development, rejecting an argument that the two stages of the undertaking constituted separate projects.
