CFMEU cops another $20K fine plus costs
In a case that originally thrown out for want of evidence, the CFMEU construction and general division has agreed to fork out $60,000 in fines and costs arising from unlawful pressure it placed on Bendigo Scaffolding Pty Ltd in June 2008 to sign up to a union agreement.
