CFMEU calls for adverse action right for workers displaced by 457 visa holders

The CFMEU wants the federal government to legislate to require stringent labour market testing before 457 visas can be granted and to extend the Fair Work Act's adverse action protections to Australian workers who miss out on advertised jobs.
