CFMEU Bowen Basin greenfields agreements survive third challenge
A full Federal Court has thrown out the AWU's challenge to four greenfields agreements negotiated by the CFMEU's construction and general division in the Bowen Basin, rejecting a narrow approach to interpreting union rules.
