Cash was for honorariums, Royal Commission hears

Some $220,000 withdrawn in cash from an account allegedly linked to former HSU Victorian No. 3 branch secretary Kathy Jackson was for honorariums and related payments for branch management committee members, the Heydon Royal Commission heard yesterday.
