Bench upholds legal privilege of external bullying report
Stevedoring giant DP World has fended off another attempt by a sacked stevedore to access a confidential bullying report commissioned by its lawyers, with the FWC holding it was protected by legal privilege that was not waived when the employer disclosed its contents.
