Bench to consider whether redundancy clause breaches age bias laws

A Fair Work Commission full bench will consider whether a longstanding award clause breaches age discrimination provisions, after it resulted in three employees each missing out on more than 60 weeks redundancy pay and a fourth more than 40 weeks.
