Bench rejects Patrick bid to reinstate cooling-off period

A Fair Work Commission full bench has dismissed an attempt by Patrick to suspend the MUA's industrial action at its container terminals, finding that the action has already stopped to enable further negotiations for a new enterprise agreement.
