Bench overturns Woolies' $600,000 payout to worker denied training opportunity

Queensland's Court of Appeal has overturned a court's order for Woolworths to pay almost $600,000 in damages for breaching its duty of care and causing psychiatric injury to a forklift operator who it twice withdrew from management training.
