Bargaining win for Aurizon as FWC terminates agreements
A Fair Work Commission full bench has acceded, despite opposition from employees and the RTBU, to a bid by Australia's largest rail freight operator, Aurizon, to terminate a dozen enterprise agreements that have nominally expired.
