Australia's largest poultry processor will employ a HR specialist to oversee a new grievance hotline, investigate complaints and report them to the FWO and will place HR support workers at every processing plant as part of a "proactive compliance deed" that also requires it to set aside $500,000 to reimburse underpaid workers.
