ANU ordered to compensate IR advisor for work-related psychological injury

The Australian National University must compensate Canberra IR lawyer Bradley Beasley for a work-related psychological injury, after the AAT found the way it conducted a 2009 performance appraisal didn't constitute "reasonable administrative action".
