AMMA says drug testing decision interferes with management prerogative

An FWA full bench has today rejected an appeal by Endeavour Energy against an earlier decision that found the company could only administer saliva based (swab) tests in the workplace to detect drugs such as cannabis, instead of urine tests, which the AMMA had criticised as an interference in "managerial autonomy".
