AEC seeks new start for AFPA poll in Federal Court

The AEC is calling on the Federal Court to conduct an inquiry into a suspended Federal Police Association election and to let it re-start the process, arguing undelivered ballot papers, administrative errors and defective nominations following zoning changes have breached election rules.
