Action taken by six CFMEU construction and general division organisers in 2010 to coerce Abigroup to employ four union members on the Peninsula Link freeway project in Victoria has cost them and their organisation $230,000 in Federal Court fines under the repealed Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act.
