WA IRC suspends CFMEU construction election, establishes inquiry; CFMEU officials back in other States
The WA IRC has indefinitely suspended the election for the state-registered branch of the CFMEU in which secretary Kevin Reynolds and his team are being challenged by a ticket led by former official Darren Kavanagh - and has set aside five days for an inquiry into the union.
