"Vulnerable workers" legislation passes with amendments
The Government has won passage of its "vulnerable workers" legislation, after accepting Opposition amendments that enable the FWO to exercise coercive powers to gather evidence of breaches, overseen by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
