Unions challenge Coalition on minimum hours appeal
The Coalition has failed to rule out intervening in support of an employer bid to reduce minimum shift lengths in the retail sector if it wins government, as a Fair Work Australia full bench today began hearing an appeal on whether to retain the existing three-hour minimum.
