Union, employers at odds on "invisible skills" in gender undervalue case
A union-commissioned academic report has linked "invisible skills" exercised by childcare workers with the gender-based undervaluation of their work, but employers have told a five-member FWC full bench that this unseen expertise is already recognised in the industry award.
