Hatcher calls for new deterrent for dodgy AI claims
Deterrence measures, such as a "modest" increase in filing fees, could play an important role in reducing workloads that have risen as a result of AI-assisted unfair dismissal and general protections claims, while aiding access to justice, according to FWC president Adam Hatcher.
