TWU weighs challenge after Aerocare deal finally gets up
The TWU is considering an underpayments claim and a challenge to the long-awaited approval of a new Aerocare deal, in which the union objected to an undertaking to abandon split-shifts and the FWC instead accepted a commitment to "generally" not use them but otherwise pay overtime.
