Tribunal looking to hold hearings outside CBDs, online: Ross
FWC President Iain Ross has signalled that the tribunal will seek to hold hearings outside of its traditional CBD locations to better meet the needs of users and is looking at the possibility online resolution of disputes – including those involving unfair dismissal.
