Scab-calling worker unfairly dismissed by Esso: Bench
An FWC full bench has ruled unfair Esso's sacking of a union delegate for calling a contractor a "f-cking scab" after taking into account that the company's HR manager gave evidence that such a one-off infraction generally did not warrant dismissal.
