Real estate decision necessary to clean up Work Choices confusion, says AWA provider

The AFPC decision to allow commission-only payments for real estate agents nationally has been welcomed by one of the major providers of AWAs to the sector as providing certainty missing since the introduction of Work Choices but also criticised as likely to create recruitment and administrative problems for employers.
