Queensland the latest to back national IR system, as Victoria and Canberra sign new deal
Queensland today gave in-principle support to joining the national IR system and the Victorian and Federal Governments signed a deal to govern the State's new referral of powers to Canberra, while Workplace Relations Minister Julia Gillard confirmed she would be introducing legislation to replace the ABCC, but refused to be drawn on timing.
