Priceline operational reasons case to be heard again
The unfair dismissal claim of a Priceline employee who saw his old job advertised at a lower rate less than a month after he was retrenched will now be heard again after a full bench of the AIRC upheld an appeal against an earlier finding that the sacking was for genuine operational reasons and therefore couldn't proceed under Work Choices.
