Peace deal ends Vickers' bid to terminate Coles agreement

Coles Supermarkets nightfill worker Penny Vickers has withdrawn her bid to terminate the retailer's 2011 agreement, after it agreed to a "transition payment" for about 77,000 employees that makes up any difference between their wages and the agreement rates from the date they vote for a new deal.
