Parliament passes Bill shielding harassment claimants from costs orders
Legislation has passed Federal Parliament today to largely protect workers who bring sexual harassment claims from costs orders, marking the "final legislative reform" in implementing the recommendations of the landmark Respect@Work report, according to the Albanese Government.
