Parental leave locked-in under new Goodman Fielder baking agreement

Employees in Goodman Fielder's fresh baking operations in NSW will be entitled to 12 weeks maternity leave or one week of paternity leave but will have a five month wait for their first pay rise under a two-year enterprise agreement the company has reached with the LHMU.
