Parental leave for grandparents, tougher rules for unions in Coalition IR policy
Parental leave will be extended to grandparents and employees will be able to request taking twice their annual leave at half pay under the Coalition's IR policy for the election announced by Workplace Relations Minister Joe Hockey today.
