Nurses weigh 3% interim rise, as they pursue 35%
The Minns Government has offered a 3% interim pay increase and a night duty penalty rate increase to public sector nurses, ahead of arbitration in the NSW IRC next month, in which they are seeking a 35% pay rise to remedy gender undervaluation.
