New Queensland IR laws include bullying, adverse action protections

Queensland has a new regime for adverse action and bullying, its electoral commission will no longer have to conduct postal ballots before protected industrial action and good faith bargaining provisions have been strengthened, under new IR legislation that has passed State Parliament.
