More women managers, pay gap down, but pace of change "too slow": WGEA

Increasing numbers of women being promoted to managerial roles could indicate "blue skies from now on", but men are still earning almost $27,000 a year more and account for the bulk of managers, according to gender equality agency director Libby Lyons.
