Former David Jones chief executive Mark McInnes allegedly sexually harassed his 19-year-old female secretary and a female marketing coordinator when he was employed by Black & Decker 20 years ago, according to an amended statement of claim today lodged by the employee who has made a landmark sexual discrimination and trade practices case against him, the retailer and its board.
