Long service leave amendment won't fully close loophole, says Stewart

Last-minute amendments to the Rudd Government's transitional IR legislation failed to close a loophole that could lead to workers losing their long service leave entitlements without being compensated, according to Adelaide University Professor of Law, Andrew Stewart, but Workplace Relations Minister Julia Gillard says there is no loophole.
