Late judge remembered for his "Marshall Index"
Federal Court Chief Justice Debra Mortimer has used an event marking the institution's 50th anniversary to acknowledge the "significant" contributions of the late Shane Marshall AM, while the High Court will hold a ceremonial sitting to honour its first female justice, the late Mary Gaudron KC.
