Jurisdictional limits halt half of unfair dismissal cases decided under Work Choices
The AIRC last financial year rejected more than half of unfair dismissal cases on jurisdictional grounds, according to its annual report for 2006-07. The Commission was among a number of bodies that released their annual reports late last year.
