Judge advocates discussions after anti-boycotts order
A Federal Court judge has today urged a head contractor and the CFMEU to engage in conciliation in the FWC to resolve an entry rights dispute, in his reasons published today for temporarily restraining the union and officials after a blockade of a major Queensland construction project alleged to constitute a secondary boycott.
