IR Bill waves bigger stick for underpaying employers

The Morrison Government's IR reform bill will introduce jail terms of up to four years for the worst underpayments and a new way of setting fines for big business, where penalties will be based on a multiple of two or three times the benefit obtained or a $666,600 fine.
