Indigenous pay gap needs sustained effort: Report
The Federal Government needs to tackle the 18% Indigenous pay gap using the same "deliberate and sustained" approach that it has taken with the gender pay gap, to prevent it from persisting "from generation to generation", a new report providing the "most complete picture" of the disparity has found.
