Impact of Work Choices on AIRC case-load still unclear: President

Work Choices will place additional demands on AIRC members and increase full bench cases in the short term, but it is still too early to say what the overall impact the new IR laws will have on the Commission's case-load, according to the tribunal's president, Justice Geoffrey Guidice.
