IBAC unable to substantiate union holiday house allegation

Victoria's corruption watchdog has found that a government regulator had a "complete absence" of controls over $355,000 paid under a deal with a union to rent four properties over nine years, including a beachside residence allegedly used for holidays by the union's secretary.
