Government makes concessions on entry rights, sticks to 15-worker unfair dismissal threshold

The Federal Government has agreed to support a right of entry amendment to its Fair Work Bill by Senator Steve Fielding that gives unions investigating a suspected breach access to non-members' records only if those non-members give written consent or with permission from Fair Work Australia.
