Government accepts FDV review recommendations

The Albanese Government has adopted the recommendations of a review of its landmark legislation establishing 10 days of paid family and domestic violence leave, which found the scheme is operating as intended, but poor awareness and evidentiary requirements are preventing its full utilisation.
